We scheduled a conversation with their sales and finance teams to see how we were treated - the salespeople quickly guided us to a great vehicle that was slightly lower than our budgeted amount, and the financing team was very open in discussing the options available, and ensure that you’re well-informed about your financing options before agreeing to anything. We’d also recommend asking to see a breakdown of how much you’ll pay in interest over the lifetime of the loan, so you know exactly how much you’re paying for your used car.
Their down payments are reasonable for any vehicle on their lot. The salespeople are very thorough and build trust with their buyers well after the sale is done - we spoke with several agents and never got even a hint of ‘scammy car dealer’ vibes - everything is clearly explained and on paper.
